Bangalore is a beautiful City but I always wonder why people don't care about the drains.
Every drain is filled with filth (unperishable ones) and even the sweepers/cleaners also dump all filth into the drains.
The drains need to be saved from the garbage that stops the flow of sewage water smoothly and keep the city clean and health.
Drains can't be clean on their own, they need to be maintained.
Nevertheless Bangalore is cleaner than all other cities in India. Saving drains will protect health, and protecting health is all about saving money.
